10/10 honestly. Been here since June 2025 and I was one of the first people to move in. Ms. Olivia has always been cool, professional, and really helpful. It’s off Parklane so yeah it’s busy, but I haven’t had any problems at all. The apartment is affordable, looks good, and the 24-hour gym is a big win. Ms. Morgan was a great addition to the office and maintenance is fire fr. Ernest always handles business. Everything’s been A1 since day one.

I came in to visit this location and the staff were very friendly and professional! I thought the property was clean, quiet and conveniently located. My job will be transferred across the street at what used to be The Columbia Mall so this is high on my list as my next apartment!

The staff is professional, welcoming, and great to work with. Morgan and Olivia in particular were fantastic and made the business process smooth and enjoyable. I’ve had a generally positive experience living at this apartment complex. The property is well maintained, and the grounds are kept clean and organized. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and the staff has been professional and responsive whenever I’ve needed help. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable, with a good layout and plenty of natural light. Noise levels are reasonable, and the community feels safe and quiet overall. I also appreciate the amenities, which are well cared for and convenient to use. The location is another big plus—close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which makes daily errands and commuting easy. While no place is perfect, this complex offers good value for the price and a comfortable living experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, well-managed place to live.

I’ve been living here for about four months now, and my move-in experience couldn’t have gone any smoother! The entire process was easy and stress-free. Since moving in, I’ve had no complaints — everything has been great. Morgan has been such a wonderful addition to the team, and I really appreciate all that Ms. Olivia and Morgan have done to make this community feel like home. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!
